 A sole-proprietorship enterprise which started in September 1993 and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry with Certificate No. 00507079. It is classified under   the “Secondary Category” level of clinical laboratory with the Department of Health-Bureau of Licensing and Registration with License to Operate a Clinical Laboratory No. 04A-0252-18-CL-2 and Accreditation for Drug Testing Laboratory- No. 4A-0751-18-PIBS-R.

 

For three decades, our establishment has served thousands of clients with its affordable and quality medical services on routine and special laboratory examination, pre-employment medical examination and drug testing.  Bio-Scan also serves as a referral point from both private and public health institutions, medical practitioners and employment agencies.  Its list of clients includes national government agencies (Dep.Ed, PNP, UPLB, PCARRD, PCAMARRD, PHILRICE, LSPU, Bureau of Plant Industry,  etc..) and private groups/institutions (Hoecst, Aventies, Cyanamid, Radphil, Agchem, Hitachi, Bal-Asia, etc..).  Foremost of its services rendered were the medical examination of thousands of police applicants of PNP-NCR, PNP Calabarzon and PNP Mimaropa and the conduct of drug testing for teacher applicants for DepEd- NCR, Division of Pasig.
